Our trained engineers are fully conversant with all Rotary Screw, Rotary Vane and Reciprocating Compressors, all forms of air treatment, in-line filtration and drying requirements along with condensate management.
Our advice is free and you will be given ideas and options to reduce the running and servicing costs of your compressed air system.
Condition Monitoring (CM Package)
5 % discount on all parts required.

With our CM Package we are able to monitor the running condition of your air compressors through the use of oil sampling and vibration analysis.
Condition monitoring is designed to offer "Real Time "diagnosis of developing trends rather than fixed time maintenance that is not strictly necessary.
All equipment including reciprocating compressors and down stream equipment will be monitored through the job sheet check list.
Any parts found to be defective will only be changed with your consent.
Standard Servicing (SS Package)
10 % discount on all parts required.
The SS package is designed to offer a "one off" service on an annual basis.
Your compressed air equipment requires an annual service/maintenance check to conform to Health & Safety, PSSR and PUWER legislation.
An assessment of your equipment may be required to ascertain condition.
Any parts found to be defective that are not included in the agreement will only be changed with your consent.
All equipment including reciprocating compressors and down stream equipment will conform to the job sheet check list.
A CM package can be incorporated into the SS package.
SS Package applies to compressed air equipment that is operational for less than 2000 hours per year.
Total Service Solutions (TSS Package)
15 % discount on all parts required.
Multiple installations or equipment operational for more than 2000 hours per year are critical to you companies performance.
Regular 2000 hour servicing and condition monitoring will increase reliability and reduce the risk of expensive breakdowns.
We have the service solution that will meet with all that you plant demand's at a highly attractive price.
All equipment including reciprocating compressors and down stream equipment will conform to the job sheet check list.
