Compressed Air Filtration
Widely used in compressed air installations our filter units and elements are sourced with economy and efficiency in mind, for the removal of oil, water, particulates and gaseous aerosols from compressed air systems using a range of high performance filtration elements.
Our elements provide impressive filtration efficiencies from 99.99% to 99.99999% with a further grade being specific to oil/aerosol removal down to 0.003mg/m utilising activated carbon technology.


No-Loss Auto Drain
Condensate does not appear in consistent quantities. A reliable and efficient condensate drain removes condensate from the compressed air system wherever and whenever it accumulates without causing unnecessary loss of compressed air, and without increasing costs. Many types of drain devices do not fulfil this demand. With our No-Loss drains we are able to offer you the latest in technology to fully support you desired area of condensate removal.

Fridge Dryer
All our fridge dryers are low energy and highly efficient.
By using the latest technologies and energy efficient heat exchangers, the results are, excellent drying performances whilst using the lowest possible energy consumption.
The digital controller only runs the dryer compressor when the dewpoint demands cooling, through the whole dryer, clean, dry compressed air is always delivered.
Refigerant gases used are R134a upto 45 cfm and R407 from 59-506 cfm. Safe and relaiable !
All dryers are fitted with a no-loss auto drain as standard.
Large dryers up to 9680 cfm are available on a short leadtime, our standard range is available ex-stock  for next day delivery.
High Pressure and Thermal Mass dryers are available but are only built to order.



Desiccant Dryers
Our HPS range (Heatless Pressure Swing) dryer is a high efficiency - low cost dryer, with reliability at the forefront of design.Many HPS dryers are built to a budget and employ cheap and cheerful shuttle valves which will fail after a time. Not so the HPS, this employs positively driven ball valve control for maximum longevity and reliability.We use stainless steel pipework and high quality check valves to ensure continuity of flow without dewpoint spiking or pressure drop.A digital logic controller, with dewpoint control optional, makes the HPS the best value for money dryer available, not only on capital cost, but on cost of ownership. Each HPS dryer is supplied skid mounted and complete with filters.
The ZL-HBP (zero loss-heater blower programme) desiccant air dryers are claimed to offer the lowest cost of ownership currently available for adsorption dryers. Their unique control system monitors and modifies operating parameters to ensure the compressed air inlet conditions are matched to the dewpoint required.These products achieve dewpoints of -70° PDP without loss of expensive compressed air and feature fully insulated vessels, as well as heater and heat-exchanger for good thermal efficiency. This is complemented with a generous vessels and an automatic energy management system (AEMS) which achieves regeneration of the desiccant using low-tariff electricity. Waste heat utilisation from steam, oil or compression can be optionally used where available, with a fan motor also optimised for minimum power consumption resulting in a total 'climate change levy' beating package.



Condensate Management
Anyone who runs compressed-air equipment needs to control and treat the inevitably occurring condensate. This is what economic and technical reasons, as well as ever increasing legal regulations, demand.
All our units are designed to meet the emissions limits as laid down in the 1991 Water Resources Act. This is in accordance with ISO 14001.


Breathing Air Purifiers
Industrial operations often produce or are performed in the presence of harmful airborne contaminants for which breathing apparatus is worn. Operations can range from fireman breathing apparatus, cylinder filling e.g. Scuba gear, automotive spray booths or sealed medical containment systems
Our purifiers are built around customer specification and conform to all BS, EN & COSHH regulations.


Point of use Dryers
Our Point of Use Dryer utilise a disposable desiccant adsorption cartride to effectively remove moisture from compressed air . The unique housing design allows the adsorption cartridge to be changed within two minutes without tools.
Can be used in applications such as Instrumental air, Printers, Gas Analysing Devices, Production Protection and Remote Applications / Access Issues.



Air Purity Testing
When self contained breathing apparatus or other devices are used for respiratory protection, the quality of the air supplied is paramount and requires special attention. Contaminants entering or produced by the compressor or cylinder can be harmful to the worker and the respiratory equipment, and need to be monitored.
Our kit is designed for convenient "on the spot" indication of compressed air quality. This comprehensive test kit is compact, easy to operate and offers a very fast, effective method of assessing the performance of filtration and drying equipment. The test kit can also be used to quantify the level of contamination upstream & downstream of purification equipment.
