The reduction in compressed air use not only saves you money due to the decrease in energy consumption but also in the maintenance of your compressed air equipment, mainly due to longer time periods between the "hours run" service intervals. To correctly identify what areas you need to make reductions in we would first need to perform an air energy audit, this will allow us to present a more detailed and accurate result of our findings.
We can also carry out a low cost visual inspection to start the ball rolling, you will be very surprised how much you compressed air is actually costing you, for instance, air leakage is the largest single waste of energy in most factories and leakage rates up to 50% of site consumption are common. Incorrect pressure control combined with leakage can account for 70% of the total energy consumption.

Variable Speed Drive Conversions
A variable speed drive eliminates the costs of on/off load operation and offers a vast reduction in regulated/modulation style compressors. It also overcomes the chance of over pressurisation. Why supply air at 7 bar if you only need it at 6.5barg. For every 1 bar reduction in system pressure you can save 7.5% power.
The VSD speeds up or slows down the drive motor to whatever speed is needed to maintain the plant air demand and pressure, by doing so reducing your energy consumption by up to 30%.
We can fit a VSD to any motor that has a variable load.

Valve Zoning Systems
Not all areas of you plant are in operation for the duration of a shift, the valve zoning system shuts off the air supply to the targeted area either by the individual machines on/off switch or by a timed control system.
Point of use leakage is eliminated for this period in time.

Leak Free Compressed Air Pipework
TESEO previously marketed in the UK by Ingersoll Rand as Simplair.
At the beginning of 90's TESEO was the first company worldwide to develop a modular aluminium pipework solution for the distribution of compressed air.
HBS was the first modular Aluminium air line system created by TESEO and is capable of distributing compressed air with a maximum pressure of 15 bar, vacuum and other non dangerous gases.
The smoothness of the internal surface ensures low air friction and guarantees high performance in terms of flow rate and pressure reduction and is 100% leak free.

As much as 25% of the energy used to operate multiple compressor installations is wasted. This is primarily due to operating more compressors than necessary, operating the wrong combination of compressors or maintaining an elevated system pressure.
Our controllers are designed to manage multiple combinations of air compressors from different manufactures, they continuously monitor the demand requirements and learn the operating characteristics of the system to select the most efficient combination.
Our systems can be adapted to incorporate all types of compressed air management, adding items such as line filter differential alarms, condensate drains, flow metering, vibration analysis and much more.
We also offer a visualization package that can be viewed through a secure internet connection allowing our engineers to carryout regular fault checks to your equipment, keeping us one step ahead.
